What We Are

Rashmi Pharma Private Limited which is located at IDA, Cherlapally, Hyderabad, Telangana, INDIA manufactures exclusively pelletisation products in immediate and controlled released forms. Over 20 years of experience in quality pellets manufacturing proved the company in the market already for immediate release pellets, controlled release pellets( delayed release and sustained release) of different drugs.

In the pharmaceutical industry, pellets can be defined as small, free-flowing, spherical solid form manufactured by the agglomeration of fine powders or granules of drug substances and excipients using appropriate processing equipments.

Although pellets have been used in the pharmaceutical industry for more than decades, with the advent of controlled-release technology, the advantages of pellets in single-unit dosage capsule form are explored in many ways.

Pellets offer a high degree of flexibility in the design and development of oral dosage forms.

1. They can be divided into desired dose strengths without changing formulation / process.

2. They can be blended to deliver incompatible bioactive agents simultaneously.

3. And/or to provide different release profiles at the same or different sites in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.

4. In addition, pellets, taken as capsule orally, disperse freely in the GI tract, maximize drug absorption, minimize local irritation of the mucosa by certain irritant drugs, and reduce inter-and intra -patient variability.
